  • Check with cleaning personnel to ensure that heavy traffic areas are being vacuumed two to three times a week, and that the rest of your carpet is vacuumed at least once a week.

THE SERVICE VISIT: WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

During the service visit, we understand that you naturally want minimal disruption to your place of business. Workers need to continue doing their jobs, and visitors don’t want to be inconvenienced. At Elysha’s Cleaning, we take the service visit seriously, and we do everything possible to avoid any disruptions to your daily schedule.

To begin, our trained technicians will inspect the rooms that need to be cleaned, noting any heavily-soiled or high-traffic areas. They will pre-treat any trouble areas to ensure a thorough cleaning. Then they will take the time to explain our exclusive hot-water extraction cleaning process and answer any questions you might have. Once our cleaning specialists obtain the proper approval, they will move the furniture. The only thing you and your employees need to do prior to our visit is remove any fragile and/or valuable items from the area where we will be cleaning.

The next step is to let our  cleaning wand suction the dirt and grime from your carpet—even in places where you can’t see it. This is followed by the application of a deodorizer and protector as requested. Then the furniture is returned to its original location, and protective pads are placed underneath to ensure that nothing leaves a permanent mark on the carpet.

Our powerful, truck-mounted vacuum system extracts most of the moisture from the carpet, but it could still be damp to the touch. You can walk on the carpet, but it’s best to avoid street shoes until the carpet is completely dry. Employees should be cautioned not to slip when leaving damp, carpeted areas.
